SASANA ADIPRAJA - INDONESIAN CENTER

This 28 story highrise consists of 10 stories condominium,16 stories office, and 2 stories retail. This will be known as the Indonesian National Center. It will be home to the 27 representative offices of all provinces from all parts of Indonesia. Build on 5000 sq meter of land on the Jakarta’s only Diplomatic Center, Grand Kuningan, the project is estimated to cost US$25.9 million.

JAKARTA OFFICE & RESIDENTIAL PARK

The master plan on this 130,000 sq feet (13,000 sq meter) of land is to build 32-story highrise, where there will be 32 story of Office Building, connected to a 28 story of Condominium. There will be 3 stories of Retails in the Office Building to serve the needs of those in the buildings. Located in the corner Jl. Rasuna Said (one of the main road of Jakarta) and Jl. Sultan Agung (the only access to Jl. Sudirman) of Jakarta Financial District (The Golden Triangle) this project would be highly desired in the future. The estimated investment on this project is US$ 50 million

ALDIRON CITY CENTER - City Within A City

This will be one of our flagship projects. Located on the major street (Jl. Gatot Subroto and Jakarta main highway) in downtown Jakarta’s Golden Triangle, this development offers a convenient living of the 21st century.

It will be an Integrated Mix-Use of Office Highrises, Hotel, Condominiums, Service Apartments, and more than 1.6 million sq feet of Retails and Entertainment Center build on 100,000 sq meter (25 acres) land.

This Mega Project will have approximately 5.4 million square feet of leaseable space. The projected cost for this City Within a City development is about US$ 360 million.

JAKARTA INTERCITY BUS TERMINAL

This will be the only Jakarta intercity Bus Terminal and will be Indonesia’s first modern and integrated Hotel, Retails, and Bus Terminal concept. Build on about 800,000 sq feet of land this development will have about 280,000 sq feet of retails. This development will be done in a joint cooperation with Jakarta City Government. The estimated project cost would be about $80million.
